Successful candidate will be responsible for heading the Business Development Department and the key role will be leading & motivating team in order to achieve targets (statistical as well as qualitative). He/She will also be responsible for developing and driving business strategy, identifying opportunities, and qualifying leads while consistently closing business on a monthly/quarterly basis in order to meet or exceed targets.
The right candidate will be able to clearly demonstrate their ability to deliver results and meet organizational goals. Thus he/she must be able to demonstrate an ability to organize and establish direction and ultimately deliver the results beneficial to team and the company.
Qualified candidate needs to possess excellent skills in oral, presentation, and written communication, handle various challenges with an ability to solve them and thus possess ability to think outside of the box within a dynamic and fast paced work environment.
Candidates must be willing to work at odd hours, suitable to client's time-zones whenever required.
